Organizational culture transformation model: Towards a high performance organization

Purpose: The main objective of this research is to design an Organizational Culture Transformation Model (OCTM) prototype, in order enable a High Performance Organization (HPO).Design/methodology/approach: There are three processes involved the methodology. Two them, definition OCTM work elements as initial hypothesis based on environment approach and scientific visualization key hubs through analysis topics publications, flow parallel. Subsequently, at certain point, both these merge third process, prototype definition. This last will deliver which essentially constitutes study.Findings: As result methodology, has been developed.Originality/value: resulting model serve reference framework for those companies that wish conduct in-depth re-structuring their operations, focusing it human capital.
